We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 working days and endeavour to make sure your order reaches you quickly but we cannot be responsible for any external unexpected delays for example, adverse weather conditions, strikes, custom delays etc. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected fees charged to the customer as a result of international customs processing.

Firstly, don't panic. Please contact the appropriate carrier with your tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or missing however please do notify us and we can try our best to help.

If you would like to amend your order, please email hello@alyda.co.uk
and we can check if this is possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders that have been dispatched.

Returns and exchanges

within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we will provide you with next steps.

We will advise where to send the return but also ask you the reason behind it, so we can continually make improvements and make things better next time.




If you would like to return from outside the UK please
contact hello@alyda.co.uk and we will email you the relevant returns form and posting instructions. We advise all customers to use a postage service that provides tracking. Please mark your international return as ‘UK returned goods’, print out the necessary custom forms and attach to the parcel. Alyda is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or VAT on returned items, the customer must cover these or they will be unfortunately deducted from your refund.

If your item returns back to us outside the 14 day timeframe
we will ask you for proof of postage to show that you sent it back to us on
time. Any items posted outside of the 14 day timeframe will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

We aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt. Bank processing times may vary so expect your money back within your account within 10 working days from our email (although hopefully this will be sooner)
