We really hope you are happy with your item(s), but if you are not, you are welcome to return them to us within 14 days of receipt providing that they are in their original condition with the tags intact and untampered with.

We will advise where to send the return but also ask you the reason behind it, so we can continually make improvements and make things better next time.
Bank processing times may vary so expect your money back within your account within 10 working days from our email (although hopefully this will be sooner)
As we are a small start-up, you will have to cover the costs of the return and are responsible for its safe return to us (therefore we advise returning via a tracked methods so we can follow its journey).
We aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt.
