Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. After purchasing, simply forward the digital gift voucher onto your loved ones, or print it out to give to them personally; they're redeemable against anything on site.

*At the moment all our gift cards are only available in GBP due to currency fluctuations, we hope you understand!

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

All orders are sent via a tracked method and your tracking will be included in your dispatch notification email.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included, please contact your local customs office to find out what additional costs you may have to pay. Also, due to ongoing disruptions with COVID-19, European and international carriers are currently experiencing delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.

We really hope you are happy with your item(s), but if you are not, you are welcome to return them to us within 14 days of receipt providing that they are in their original condition with the tags intact and untampered with.

We will advise where to send the return but also ask you the reason behind it, so we can continually make improvements and make things better next time.

Bank processing times may vary so expect your money back within your account within 10 working days from our email (although hopefully this will be sooner)

As we are a small start-up, you will have to cover the costs of the return and are responsible for its safe return to us (therefore we advise returning via a tracked methods so we can follow its journey).

We aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt.
